About Jazz
Jazz Clark is a student at West Virginia University. He is only a few semesters away from graduation to a frightening job market.
He really wants to write for a magazine, something along the lines of gaming or technology. Perhaps music.
While he’s doing this as part of his blogging class, print journalism to be more specific, this is a subject that has been rolling around in this Journalist’s mind for a few years. Flash content is fascinating, and there are few blogs devoted to flash in particular. He hopes the content isn’t overly “techie,” as he’s hardly a web genius. He just has a love for the struggle of independent artists, and the idea that any media can be made with a little practice and some clever manipulation.
Much of his focus will come from flash sites such as Newgrounds for current and controversial, information and tech blogs like Lifehacker and Gizmodo and technical flash blogs like The Flash Blog lightly, as well as things in his rss feed at Google Reader(found at his main page).
He doesn’t want to be completely stuffy. If he can find a way to justify a game or a stupid cartoon that he likes as being relevant to anything, he will. Meaning can be many things to many people.
